I have over 20 years of experience in the field and my passion is designing digital experiences that empower people and make a measurable impact in the community. Even though my area of focus is service design and UX research, I’ve had the opportunity to learn and grow from a variety of challenges throughout my career — from e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, user research, to design systems, healthcare reporting and data visualizations.

I’m currently based in Chapel Hill, NC, working as Design Expert at U.S. Digital Services (The White House). Before that, I had the privilege of improving patient's lives as a Senior UX Designer at Labcorp, worked on the next generation of digital experiences at Verizon, created content for the NC Department of Health and Human Services, and lead design cross-functional teams for Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, Cronista.com, America TV, and Tematika.com.
